Our primary focus is an assessment service that identifies how best to improve the EPC rating of a building or portfolio, avoiding obsolescence but also driving the decarbonisation agenda. This means understanding both the risks and opportunities your business faces and developing the most appropriate, cost-effective energy efficiency solutions and refurbishment options. We adopt a staged approach, providing the appropriate level of detail for short-term obligations whilst making sure these do not compromise longer-term, low-carbon options.

Although the deadline for Phase 3 of the Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme has passed, we continue to support clients with site energy assessments and the development of the statutory Action Plan, which will need to be submitted within Quarter 1 or 2025.

Working with a strategic partner, we office ESOS compliance services and also provide project management support for the implementation of energy projects. This is becoming increasingly important as organisations prepare the submission of plans that will be open to public scrutiny.

We also provide energy management guidance and site energy surveys throughout the 4-year ESOS cycle, which spreads the cost of compliance and avoids short-term intensive activity immediately prior to the deadline of each phase.
